Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 17, 2025
1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and ArmutBey ("I", "me", "the Operator"), concerning your access to and use of the whitehat.codeesura.dev whitehat service (the "Service"). You agree that by accessing the Service, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
The Service is a voluntary, best-effort initiative intended to assist in the potential recovery of digital assets from compromised blockchain wallets ("Compromised Wallets"). The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". The Operator makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the success, timeliness, or completeness of any recovery attempt.
3. USER VERIFICATION
To be eligible for fund distribution, you must successfully complete a verification process determined at the sole discretion of the Operator. This process may include, but is not limited to:
- a) Automated verification through third-party services, such as providing read-only API keys from a Centralized Exchange (CEX) to cross-reference funding history.
- b) Manual verification, which may require you to provide additional documentation or evidence to establish ownership of the Compromised Wallet.
The Operator reserves the absolute right to determine whether the provided evidence is sufficient for verification. Failure to provide satisfactory proof will result in your claim being classified as "Unverified."
4. POLICY ON UNCLAIMED ASSETS
In the event that assets are recovered from a Compromised Wallet for which no claimant has successfully completed the verification process, these assets will be deemed "Unclaimed Assets." Unclaimed Assets will be held in a secure wallet designated by the Operator (e.g., white-hat.eth) for an indefinite period. These assets will only be released upon the emergence of a party who can provide definitive and irrefutable proof of original ownership. You acknowledge that if you fail verification, you forfeit any immediate claim to these assets, which will be held in trust for the provably rightful owner, whoever that may be.
5. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF FUNDS, PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF THE OPERATOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM:
- a) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE;
- b) ANY FAILED OR PARTIAL RECOVERY OF ASSETS;
- c) ACTIONS OF MALICIOUS THIRD PARTIES (HACKERS);
- d) FAILURES OF THIRD-PARTY SYSTEMS (BLOCKCHAINS, CEX APIS);
- e) ANY DECISION MADE BY THE OPERATOR REGARDING YOUR VERIFICATION STATUS OR THE DISTRIBUTION OF FUNDS.
YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE OPERATOR ASSUMES NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY OUTCOME.
6. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- a) all information you submit is truthful and accurate;
- b) you are the legitimate owner of the wallets and accounts you submit;
- c) you will provide only READ-ONLY API keys and understand the risks of providing any higher level of permission;
- d) you will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
7. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Operator from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
8. FEES
A commission fee will be applicable only upon the successful recovery AND successful distribution of your assets. The specific fee structure will be communicated separately.
